What began in 2004 as Shaina Restaurant by Om Parkash in the small town of Sangaria soon grew into a legacy. Inspired by his father, his son pursued studies in Indonesia, exploring the world of coffee and food culture. Joined by his friend Nitin Singh, who shared the same vision, together they embarked on a mission to blend tradition with global taste — and the journey continues.
